CVN Vooner Paper Machinery, CVPM, offers in mill testing of dewatering equipment such as showers, vacuum boxes, piping and vacuum pumps. CVPM uses the orifice plate method for measuring actual airflow at vacuum levels. The test results are put into a report to show the total life time cost of ownership. From this report our engineering staff is available to propose new improved solutions. The proper size equipment and materials of construction are recommended.

CVPM shower actuators can be repaired or rebuilt by our experienced assemblers with all the quality checks used in manufacturing new shower actuators. A large inventory of new Vooner vacuum pumps is held in inventory for immediate shipment in case of a shut down. CVPM also offers the service of having a customer's vacuum pump rebuilt to 95% of original capacity.

Spare parts are held in stock for immediate shipment to replace major or consumable parts.
